Product Details
Ferrosilicon magnesium alloy (FeSiMg) is used to produce ductile iron castings. It is charged to the molten iron to produce a structure containing graphite in nodular or spheroidal form. Ferro Silicon Magnesium minimizes the weakening and embrittling effect of graphite on the metal matrix resulting the production of cast iron with better machinability, toughness and tensile properties. Ferro silicon magnesium consists mainly of magnesium silicide combined with the silicide of iron, calcium and rare earth metals.
We can supply customized grade as per the client need.

FeSiMg Nodulariser
Ferro Silicon Magnesium Alloys are master alloys of Magnesium with Iron and Silicon. They facilitate small additions of Magnesium to Iron, required to transform graphite flakes to spheroids. Our alloys are produced in induction furnaces and cast in permanent moulds, to give homogeneity.
